Notable Features:
- Kedan is generally written left to right, top to bottom.
- Kedan is an alphabetic script with 25 ordered letters and 9 standard sub-letters. Sub-letters have approximately the same standing as, for example, the cedilla in French. They are considered to be non-interchangable variants of the main letter. They would not commonly be included in a recitation of the letters of the Kedan.
Used to write: Kedan is the dominant writing system of the Hajasith continent and used to write many languages. There are often adaptations to language-specific requirements. Unless otherwise stated, descriptions here appply to standard usage of the Kedan for the Tâl Katar dialect of Trade Tongue.
